What ages are invited?
- The conference is primarily designed for 9th-12th grade students. However, several churches also bring their junior high students.
Where do we stay?
- Your registration cost includes two night hotel accmodations at the Causeway Bay Hotel (unless otherwise notified). Housing and conference are in the same facility.
Is there parking cost?
- No. With plenty of parking for large vehicles, buses and trailers.
When is payment due?
- Registration is due January 23rd. After that a $15 late fee will be added.
Is a deposit due?
- Yes. The January 23rd date requires a $25 deposit for each student and adult. The remaining balance is due day of conference.
Is the deposit refundable?
- No. The $25 deposit is non-refundable BUT is transferrable within the same group.
What does the registration cost cover?
- All programming for the event and hotel accommodations. What is doesn’t cover is any meals, event merchandise and offering.
